Javrious was my salesman, he kept me updated on the process the entire way. This was my first purchase from Grandmotor, there were some bumps with calculations on the buyers order, it took some back and forth for this to be resolved to my financial institution satisfaction..once this was fully explained to my salesman he was able to help the finance department understand what was needed, corrections were made so my purchase could happen. Javrious was helpful in demonstrating how to use the features one my vehicle, he had it cleaned, detailed and parked upfront waiting on me when I arrived. He checked on factory warranty I had remaining on the vehicle, reviewed features included on the car, and was helpful answering any questions I had.
